My Neighbour’s Keeper does not issue tax receipts for business in-kind donations but issues for personal in-kind donations. The Canada Revenue Agency stipulates that an independent valuer must assess in-kind donation above $1000, some in-kind donations however, do not qualify to receive tax receipts.
