These Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy (“MNK Policies”), govern your use of My Neighbour’s Keeper websites, mobile applications, and other programs and services (“MNK Sites”), as well as the information, services, products, messages, and other content provided to our visitors (“Materials”). By using our websites, downloading our mobile applications, and
engaging with our programs and services, you agree to these Terms of Use and the MNK Policies.
Use of MNK Site Materials
The Materials on the MNK Sites are intended solely for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute medical advice or recommendations and are not a substitute for professional consultation. Communicating with My Neighbour’s Keeper
When you sign up for events, submit photographs or videos, or engage in discussions, your personal information will be subject to our Privacy Policy.
When communicating with My Neighbour’s Keeper, you agree not to use a false email address, impersonate anyone, or mislead about the origin of your communication. My Neighbour’s Keeper is not responsible for any content submitted by you or third parties.
Using the MNK Sites and Submitting User Materials
On certain MNK Sites, you may post, upload, and transmit (“Submit”) comments, messages, text, photographs, videos, or other content (“User Materials”). By submitting user materials, you affirm that they are either your original work or used with permission from the copyright holder, and you have obtained consent from any individuals depicted in the content. You retain
copyright and other rights in your User Materials but grant My Neighbour’s Keeper a non- exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Materials in support of our mission and fundraising efforts.
User materials submitted to the MNK sites are the sole responsibility of the individual who posts them, and any opinions expressed are those of the users. You acknowledge that you may encounter user materials that could be offensive or objectionable.
My Neighbour’s Keeper does not control user materials and is not responsible for their accuracy. However, we reserve the right to edit or delete any user materials and to restrict access to the MNK Sites at our discretion.
By using the MNK Sites, you agree to the following rules:
- You may not submit User Materials that:
- Are libelous, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful.
- Infringe on the property rights of others (including copyright or trademark).
- Violate any laws.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE RESULTS OF USING THE MNK SITES OR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OR MATERIAL AVAILABLE THROUGH THE MNK SITES. USE OF THE MNK SITES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Limitation of Liability
